Where is my order?

After your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before it ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with the latest delivery updates.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method available at checkout. Most orders ship within the United States and arrive within the estimated timeframe shown by the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but once an order has started processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, flovra primarily serves customers in the United States. If international shipping becomes available, shipping options will appear at checkout.

Why are shipping costs higher for some large items?

Some items, such as tall stems, oversized branches, wreaths, garlands, large arrangements, and ceramic vases, may require larger packaging or special handling. Shipping costs can vary based on size, weight, destination, and carrier rates.

Returns & Damaged Items

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your flovra order. Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Please contact our support team with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide next steps if the item is eligible.

Are sale or final sale items returnable?

Sale, clearance, final sale, customized, or special-order items may not be eligible for return. If an item is final sale, we will do our best to make that clear on the product page or at checkout.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will help review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other solution when appropriate.

When will I receive my refund?

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

What is the difference between artificial, faux, and fake flowers?

There is no major difference. These words are often used to describe lifelike flowers and greenery that are not fresh-cut. At flovra, we use terms like artificial, faux, and Real Touch to help describe the style, material, and feel of each product.

Are flovra flowers and greenery suitable for outdoor use?

Some items are suitable for outdoor use and will be marked in the product description or product tags. Color longevity may vary depending on sunlight, weather, humidity, and placement. For longer-lasting outdoor styling, we recommend placing items in covered or partially shaded areas whenever possible.

What does Real Touch mean?

Real Touch flowers and greenery are designed to feel softer and more lifelike than standard artificial stems. They often have a more natural texture and flexible finish, making them a good choice for premium arrangements, wedding styling, and close-up displays.

Are dried and preserved flowers real?

Yes. Dried and preserved flowers are real botanical materials that have been dried or treated to help maintain their appearance. They are delicate and should be handled gently.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show product colors, shapes, and textures as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handmade details, natural preserved materials, or how stems are arranged after unpacking.

Will my arrangement look full like the product photo?

Some product photos show multiple stems or styled arrangements for inspiration. Please check the product title, description, and quantity details carefully to understand what is included with your order.

Care & Styling

How do I clean artificial flowers and greenery?

Use a soft dry cloth, feather duster, or gentle compressed air to remove dust. Avoid soaking artificial flowers unless the product description specifically says they are washable.

How should I care for dried or preserved flowers?

Keep dried and preserved flowers away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high humidity. Do not water them. Handle them gently, as natural dried materials can shed or break more easily than artificial stems.

Can I bend or trim the stems?

Many artificial stems can be gently bent or trimmed with wire cutters to fit your vase or arrangement. Avoid forcing thick stems, and always trim carefully.

How do I choose the right size vase?

A helpful styling rule is to choose a vase that is about one-third to one-half the height of your stems. For example, a 36-inch stem often works well with a vase around 12-18 inches tall, depending on the look you want.

Can I mix artificial flowers with dried flowers?

Yes. Mixing artificial flowers with dried or preserved botanicals can create a natural, layered look. We recommend placing delicate dried materials where they will not be crushed by heavier stems.

Can I use flovra flowers for weddings or events?

Yes. Many flovra flowers, greenery, bouquets, and arrangements are suitable for weddings, parties, photo shoots, and event styling. For larger events, we recommend ordering early so you have time to style, test, and adjust your arrangements.

Discounts & Promotions

Where is my email signup discount?

If a signup discount is offered, it is usually sent by email after you subscribe. Please allow some time for delivery and check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I use more than one discount code?

In most cases, only one discount code can be used per order. Some promotions may not combine with other offers, sale items, or final sale products.

Can I get a price adjustment?

If you purchased an eligible full-price item shortly before a promotion, contact us with your order number. Price adjustments are not guaranteed and may exclude sale, clearance, final sale, or previously discounted items.
