At flovra, we want you to feel confident when shopping for artificial flowers, faux greenery, dried botanicals, vases, and home decor. If your order is not right for your space, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, untrimmed, undamaged, and in its original condition. Items should be returned with their original packaging whenever possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, installed, trimmed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items missing major original packaging or parts

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference, size, color, style, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by flovra, such as receiving the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 21 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item and packaging, when requested

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, size, or style, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to help, but once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel.

Color, Size, and Appearance Notes

Artificial flowers, faux greenery, dried botanicals, and handmade or natural-style decor may have slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, or finish.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. These natural or expected variations are not considered defects.

Dried and Preserved Botanicals

Dried and preserved botanicals are delicate and may shed slightly during shipping or handling. Minor shedding, natural variation, or small breakage may occur and is not always considered a defect.
