Shipping & Delivery

At flovra, we want your artificial flowers, faux greenery, dried botanicals, vases, and styling essentials to arrive safely and clearly. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holiday weeks, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5-12 business days.

Large items, oversized stems, wreaths, garlands, trees, vases, and items shipped in separate packages may require additional transit time. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Some oversized, fragile, or heavy items may require additional shipping or handling charges. These charges, when applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially when they include large stems, vases, trees, wreaths, garlands, or items from different fulfillment locations. If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

flovra is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us so we can help you review the issue. flovra is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be required for review.

Shipping Areas

flovra currently ships to addresses available at checkout. We do not ship to every country or region. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we may not currently offer shipping to that location.
